The scheme runs for a three year period and operates on the basis that each and every team member contributes to the overall success of the business, and therefore, that contributing team members should share in its success.

Competitive Pay
V Australia offers competitive salary / wages which are linked to continuous reviews of market labour rates.

Superannuation
Under the superannuation guarantee, V Australia pays 9% of your earnings into your super fund. These contributions by V Australia into your super are on top of your salary or wages.

Salary Sacrificing
Salary sacrifice is paying for certain things out of your pre-tax pay dollars instead of your post-tax pay dollars – you can, in effect buy the product or service and take home a little bit more in your pay packet!

The Lounge
The newly refurbished Virgin Blue lounges in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide domestic airports are available for use for all Virgin team members - the joining fee is waived and the annual fee is discounted to a fabulous staff rate.
