Cabin Crew
This department supports the people who provide a safe and memorable experience for our Guests, ensuring their continued loyalty to the V Australia brand. The V Australia Cabin Crew Department will be recruiting the very best people to launch Australia’s newest international airline. Roles include: - Cabin Crew

As we get ready to begin an active recruitment phase we are tasked with creating an environment that combines Cabin Safety with exceptional Cabin Service in harmony to exceed our Guest’s expectations in our three class cabins. We are striving to create a richly diverse, highly competent and energetic workforce who are motivated by one fundamental driver – “interacting with people”. This will be underpinned by a positive and supportive work culture. Other key facets within the Cabin Crew Department include training and development functions together with performance and people management roles.
Flight Operations
Flight Operations is responsible for the welfare of all V Australia flight crew and the maintenance of the highest levels of operational safety and efficiency. We aim to be recognised throughout the industry as leaders in Flight Operations standards. Our recruitment philosophy reflects this aim, striving to recruit the very best flight crew from around the world. Our team is ready to recruit across a range of operational positions in anticipation for commencement of operations between the east coast of Australia and the west coast of the United States of America later this year. Our vision is to create an operational team who are highly competent and motivated by the V Australia business. There seems to be a common attraction for those wanting to join the V Australia Flight Operations team - the anticipation and excitement of being part of Australia’s newest international airline and the awe held for the Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft. Say no more! Flight Operations aim to capture the hearts and minds of our team members.
Information Technology
Our IT team is charged with the delivery of creative technology solutions that enable V Australia to differentiate itself in the marketplace and be first with innovations in service delivery and product choice. They have helped create a complex suite of systems and technologies that deliver efficiencies and support to a large user base across all functions from corporate to commercial to operations. Typical roles in this team include technical specialists, designers and developers, IT architects and solutions analysts, service delivery technicians, business analysts and system integrators.Finance
Our Finance team are, in simple terms, the ‘gatekeepers of the company cash’. Extensive number crunching goes without saying, but it’s the interrogation of the data, the analysis, the reporting and the forecasting that make the world of difference in both supporting the company and the board in meeting our objectives. Typical job roles in this team include accountants, accounts officers, analysts, internal auditors, taxation and reporting specialists.Corporate Affairs
Our Corporate Affairs team takes care of the legal affairs of the company (from reporting to the board to appearing before industrial relations commissions, providing advice for new commercial products and everything in between), our government affairs (policy writing, lobbying) and, perhaps most excitingly, the acquisition of our sparkling silver aircraft! Typical job roles in this team include lawyers and contract specialists.People
Our People Team is charged with maintaining the company-wide spirit of our team members, our ‘people’, to defy any odds and out-perform our competitors. This is achieved through having the right people in the right roles doing the right work in an environment where people can work productively to their potential. Typical roles in this team include people managers, advisors and coordinators, organisation development consultants, learning and development consultants, payroll agents, recruitment consultants and workers compensation specialists.Network Operations
Our Network Management team looks carefully at where we should fly, how often we should do it, and how we can optimise our fleet and crew resources to deliver the greatest efficiencies across our network. Typical job roles in this team include network and schedule planners and optimisation analysts.
