If you have delayed, damaged, or unclaimed baggage, and have not reported it you need to contact our Baggage Services call centre. If your baggage is damaged you must report it within 7 days of the of your flight arrival.

Delayed Baggage
To track the progress of you delayed baggage file (after first reporting it to our Baggage Services department), please go to our WorldTracer baggage tracing system, where you will need your 10-character file reference number supplied by our Baggage Services department.
If you cannot find your details, or have trouble accessing the link, please call the Baggage Services call centre directly on one of the numbers above. Alternately contact the Airport Baggage Services team that has previously assisted you.
