Rushing and stress takes all the fun out of international travel. To make sure your check-in goes off without a hitch, we’ll be ready and waiting to check you in 3 hours before your flight's scheduled departure. Check-in will close 60 minutes before your flight’s scheduled departure.

Each of our Cabin Classes and Velocity Gold and Silver Members will have a dedicated check-in queue and personalised service from our fantastic V Australia Ground Crew to ensure a smooth transition through the airport terminal.

Please keep in mind customs and immigration procedures and give yourself plenty of time to check-in and go duty-free shopping before boarding.

Be prepared for an efficient check-in by making sure you have your passport and travel documents ready, and remember the new enhanced security measures for what’s allowed onboard on international flights.

Additional Guest Information

There is some additional information Guests need to provide at check-in when travelling to the United States of America. You’ll need to provide V Australia Ground Crew and Customs Officers with a contact address where you can be reached during the first night of your stay in the United States of America. Be sure to have the address written down and ready to present when required.
