Help and Assistance for Guests
The safety and comfort of our Guests is extremely important to us, so we like to know in advance if any of our Guests are sight or hearing impaired. This way we can ensure our team members and Cabin Crew know what, if any, assistance may be required for boarding and/or disembarking the aircraft.
If you have both a severe hearing and vision impairment, please raise this with us specifically when you call.
