Online

You will find our most competitive fares on our website and you can make a booking completely in your time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply fill in the required fields in the ‘Find Flights’ panel on the left hand side of this page. If you have special needs or are unsure about whether you may need assistance on the ground or in the air, we recommend you get in touch with our Guest Contact Centre to make your booking.

V Australia’s friendly Guest Contact Centre team members are available anytime of the day or night, 7 days a week to help you make your booking.

Through a Travel Agent:

Almost every travel agent across the country can book a flight with us.

Method of Sale

There are three ways to book a V Australia flight:

  • Over the web at www.vaustralia.com.au or other legitimate travel websites.
  • By calling our friendly Guest Contact Centre on 13 V AUS (13 8287).
  • Through your local travel agent.

Please note that we do NOT cold call Guests or engage in unsolicited telemarketing campaigns, so do not under any circumstances accept a verbal offer over the phone or provide credit card details to anyone calling you directly and claiming to be from V Australia Airlines.

Our Fares

From competitively priced fares to flights with flexible options, V Australia offers fares to suit the needs of all our Guests. V Australia advertises all fare prices including applicable taxes and charges.

Our website booking process displays applicable taxes and charges, or you can ask for details through our Guest Contact Centre.

How to Pay

For most of our fares, full payment must be made at the time of the booking. We currently accept all major credit cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Diners Club

Alternatively, you can pay for your booking with cash at most travel agents.

Connecting Flights

Guests who have booked connecting flights on V Australia or partner airlines can have baggage tagged to their final destination.

Boarding passes may be issued under certain circumstances, and all baggage must be collected at entry point into the destination country.

After collecting baggage, Guests must clear immigration and customs. Where Guests are transiting through a country, local authorities will dictate whether immigration and customs procedures apply. Please ensure you leave enough time for all these procedures to be completed.

Our check-in closes 60 minutes before the scheduled departure of your flight, and we are unable to make any exceptions. It is a Guests' responsibility to ensure they have appropriate travel documentation in place for their journey.

When Guests present for travel at an airport without the correct visas or other travel documentation, they will not be accepted for travel.
