Child (2-11)
Any Guest over two (2) years of age but is not yet twelve (12) is classed as a child and must occupy a seat with their own ticket. A child must travel with a Guest who is 15 years of age and over or the parent/legal guardian who is 13 years of age and over.
Children may be required to show proof of age at check-in, at which time the evidence must be presented on request. The child’s valid passport and/or travel documents will fulfil this condition.
A child must be able to sit upright unaided in the seat purchased, with the seat belt adjusted securely without slack around the waist.
If child turns 12 years of age after the forward journey but before the return journey, the flights need to be booked as two one way trips indicating the correct age at the time of actual travel. In this case, forward journey would be booked as a child and return as an adult.
