Earning Velocity Points and Status Credits with V Australia
When you fly internationally with V Australia you earn Velocity Points and Status Credits for every mile (or 1.609km) you fly. The total Velocity Points and Status Credits you earn will depend on how far you travel, your cabin class and your Membership Status Level.

Status Levels – It’s about Benefits
Velocity’s Status Levels are all about rewarding you even more for your loyalty to V Australia, Virgin Blue, Pacific Blue and Polynesian Blue. When you first join Velocity, you automatically start with Red Status. When you fly on V Australia you earn Velocity Points and Status Credits for every mile you fly. By flying internationally your Status Credit balance can quickly add up. If you earn enough Status Credits within your 12-month Qualification Period , your Status will rise to Silver or Gold, which means more benefits come your way.
